We’ll meet online for a short conversation to explore where you are, what you need, and how Panthera can support you.
You’ll have space to ask questions and get a feeling for how we might work together.

What to expect:
Before the session, you’ll complete a questionnaire that helps tailor our work to your background, goals and current state.
In this 75-minute session, we start where you are and explore your movement, energy and needs through focused test exercises and practical assessment.
You’ll have space for questions and insights, combining practice with applicable knowledge.
You’ll leave with clarity and first tools to start right away.
This session creates the base for your individual program.
Required for new clients, available online or in person.
What to expect:
A typical 60-minute session begins with a short check-in and movement preparation, followed by focused training tailored to your energy, needs and goals.
You can choose between an Input Session to learn new moves and exercises, or a Follow Along Session where we train together in real time.

You record a short movement video (up to 5 minutes), upload it via a secure, private link, and receive a personalized feedback video with corrections, variations and next steps.
